Same exact issue I'm having and it's gotten significantly more common lately, almost every game. Careful sweeps and movement don't matter as they're literally not rendering on my screen / game. My friend in my vehicle scans the area too and we'll still hit any invisible mine.
PC version here, running in 1440p or 4K makes no difference. High / Ultra settings or low makes no difference. Like.. really?
Please let this be reported as a known issue so it can be fixed. If it was once in a while occurrence sure, but literally every single game / server where AV mines are used it happens.
