Invisible claymores

I have this issue where i cannot see the claymore on the ground and many times i end up exploding. i'm an experienced veteran with thousands of hours of game so i can definitely spot a claymore, i'm not blind. in this game i never spot them, or sometimes there's another bug where if you stand 6 meters in front of a claymore and shoot it you end up with a damage far beyond the reach of the claymore.
