Joystick Mappings Gone Bonkers

Since this morning's update, my joystick mappings were wiped out. After attempting to remap them, I've discovered many do not work properly and some do not work at all.

For example, the twist action does not perform a yaw maneuver but instead rolls the helicopter. There is no way to configure yaw anymore. Mapping the roll left or roll right doesn't work at all.

Please help!
