Kicked for inactivity while playing the game

Will get kicked "due to inactivity" while I am actively playing the game after the latest update. None of the help suggestions work, and EA's AI help chatbot they force you to use is completely worthless. Does anyone have a fix aside from the generic info EA has up? 

Has happened to me twice over this weekend on xbox and in casual breakthrough. Both times was in a vehicle, definitely not camping and when the vehicle got blown up somebody recovered me and I got kicked mid shooting an enemy player. Both times I was 20+ mins into the game and it's making me avoid playing.
