Kord tactical reload lacks sounds

The Kord tactical reload (gun is NOT empty) currently lacks a crucial "magazine inserted" sound after a non-empty magazine has been removed. The only sounds playing while tactical reloading is: The magazine being taken off, and the old magazine being put away, no sound for when the new magazine is inserted.
