Laser and flashlight attachments turn on every respawn

When I turn off my laser and/or flashlight attachments on my weapon, they turn back on every respawn. Every other shooter I've played with these attachments remembers their state through respawns.

This makes the green/blue lasers and flashlight unusable for me, because of the hassle of having to manually turn them off every respawn and the danger of being easily seen if I forget to turn them off. I prefer to keep them off until a situation where I turn them on temporarily for close quarters fighting.

I've confirmed that this bug occurs with only laser attached, only flashlight attached, and both, with controller and mouse/keyboard.
