Laser gadgets grafic bug

When using laser gadgets aiming at targets. Like rocket launcher or laser designator and imidiatly changing to a primary weapon going for the aim it destroys the grafic during beeing zoomed in the scope.  I do not need to restart the game to get it fixed, i just need to get into a new matchmaking search. This bug has been here for me since the  launch of the game. 2 videos are attached.
