Laser painter OP

When used in conjunction with the lock-on targeted shells from tanks, this is way too powerful! Any vehicle that gets painted and then shot at by the tank stands no chance, even if popping smoke or flares to evade the lock. The projectile still hits and kills for chopper or jets.

This needs addressing as I have seen peopel sitting on mountains in a tank wit ha Recon next to them painting vehicles on the other side of the map and getting locked on kills with way too much range.
