Lenslike Filter while playing

My field of view sometimes suddenly changes. It looks like a round black frame with a dirty lens optic in the middle. It always disappears after a couple of seconds.

I play on PC with WIN 10, an ryzen 7 5700x, rtx 4060 Ti.
