Low GPU Usage in Battlefield 6
Hello DICE Team and Battlefield 6 Community,
I am experiencing a persistent GPU performance issue in Battlefield 6. Despite using a high-end PC:
- GPU: RTX 3070
- CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X @ 4.4GHz
- RAM: 16GB 3600 MHz CL16
- Motherboard: B450 Plus TUF Gaming
My GPU usage never exceeds 70-75% in-game, and FPS fluctuates between 60-90. CPU usage is around 60-70%, temperatures for both CPU and GPU stay below 70°C.
I have already tried:
- Updating GPU drivers, chipset drivers, and BIOS
- Changing in-game graphics settings (Ultra, High, Medium, Low)
- Switching resolutions (1080p, 2K)
- Running both DX11 and DX12
- Enabling maximum performance in NVIDIA settings
- Disabling overlays and unnecessary background apps
None of these solutions worked. Other users with similar or even lower-spec PCs report 97-99% GPU usage.
I kindly request DICE to investigate this issue and release a performance patch or update to fully utilize the GPU. This is affecting the gameplay experience significantly.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any temporary workarounds are welcome.
Thank you!
