Low population servers due to match making

I find that despite playing on peak hours that I struggle to find games that aren't just 80% bots. I find it hard to believe that the game around my region (ASIA) is already this barren only a month after release it just doesn't seem likely as from what I've looked up other people are reporting the same issue.
