I'd have to test and mess with it (and would then have to count frames to see probably), I will say the wording in your statement of 'Reduce Reload Speed' would tell me that it would be a slower reload, versus a statement of 'Reduce Reload Time' which would be a faster reload. Obviously the wording in the game seems to stumble over itself at different times, which I wouldn't be surprised by at all.

    Never said that it justified the wording on the 75 round mag, I don't think much of anything in the wording of a lot of the attachments makes sense (or is accurate), was just speaking for the wording of the reduced reload speed possibly making sense, haha.
