M320A1 SMK launcher not unlocking on my account after completing challenge

PC (Windows 11)
Description:
After completing the Support class challenge that should unlock the M320A1 SMK grenade launcher, the item remains locked on my account.
In the "Challenges" section, the task is shown as completed, but in the "Loadouts" menu the M320A1 SMK is still locked and cannot be selected.
Restarting the game and EA App doesn’t help. It seems this issue might be account-specific — the unlock may have failed only for my profile.
Steps to reproduce:
Launch the game on PC
Select the Support class
Complete all requirements for the M320A1 SMK challenge
Check “Challenges” – shows completed
Open "Loadouts" – still locked
Restart the game – issue persists
Expected result:
After completing the challenge, the M320A1 SMK should unlock and be available in the loadout menu.
Actual result:
The challenge shows as completed, but the M320A1 SMK remains locked and can’t be selected.
Reproducibility:
Appears specific to my account – happens every time I log in.
Additional info:
Restarting doesn’t help.
Other Support gadgets work normally.
Screenshots showing the completed challenge and locked gadget will be attached.
Impact:
Prevents access to an unlocked gadget and affects Support class progression.
