Manhattan Bridge still has a 5 second timer on Escalation

As the title says. The out of bounds timer on Manhattan Bridge on Escalation is still only 5 seconds. The timer was updated to 10 seconds on Conquest. Considering how similar the gamemodes are, there is no reason that the timer should remain 5 seconds on Escalation. I believe this was an oversight and should be fixed.
