map not working in private match

When i host a private match the start up screen on black and will not let me see spawns or vehicles. once in the game if i go to open the map it acts as if ive opened it blurring the screen but no map appears, same for if i redeploy. this make all private matches unplayable and i cannot practice with planes. need a fix
