Map Saints quarter bug

When i walk around the map Saints quarter i can sometimes get something black on the screen. If im moving closer the black disappear.

My pc spec

Ryzen 9 7950x3d 16 core

96 GB ram 

Nvidia geforce RTX 5070 Ti

I have the same issue on Empire state, Iberian Offensive, Manhatta Bridge and siege of cairo.
