Match Trigger not working?

Pretty sure it actually changes nothing on the M4A1, M277 and B36. Stats like control are visibly unaffected and you can't  see/feel any difference when using it ingame.

Anyway it should actually make ARs and carbines shoot just as fast in semi-auto as pistols already are. Yet the M4 for example shoots painfully slow or sluggish on semi (Xbox).
