Mechanics of the game

Why is it so slow getting up from the ground switching weapons and still picking people up.. why you guys keep presenting unfinished games and wanting us to find all your bugs. I'm tired of not being able to switch my weapons once I get off the ground fast enough because you think the military men and women move like fat pieces of lard when they get up off the ground. I'm still sticking to every little object going over gravel is like having the camera just shake furiously but you have no problem walking upstairs. The fundamental movement of the game is sluggish and slow. I'm not understanding why none of these issues are getting fixed.
