Mines problem

Please for the love of God revert the change where you can't put mines down before attackers attack on breakthrough. The whole point during that grace period is for defenders to set up their defence and retreat. Not allowing me to put my mines down in my own area until people start attacking which usually means they are on top of you and shoot you while laying down mines means you simply don't put then down as it is suicide. So infuriating of a change. Stop or blow up enemy mines around tank spawns is fine if that is the reason why you made or find some other way but this is just counterproductive to the game mode.
