Mini Scout/quest

Hi.

Mini scout doesn't seem to count as a sniper rifle. I have a weekly challenge for kills with sniper and kills with the mini scout sniper rifle doesn't count towards it. It does however count toward a weekly challenge for DRM/Sniper rifle kills. Is it in the wrong tab or wrong classification?
