Missing all preorder and phantom edition content - Bought on Steam

I'm in the exact same boat. Trying to find out how to claim it myself. 
It looks like others are experiencing the same issue on Steam.

Yeah, so it looks like everything except the weapons and xp loaded for me. 

Same boat here , on Ps5 though !

Ordered the phantom edition , game is telling me to upgrade to  the phantom edition ?! 

Some stuff is hidden in the menus. The skin for the Phantom Edition is equiped by customizing an existing skin.

Edit: Also check your in-game mail in your profile!

Yea same here, still trying to get me to buy it again...

So you showed us a post that says people are missing stuff and the company knows but nothing else. Not really sure what the point was. 

Are you really sure it’s not in “Appearence” and then click on “Modify”?

And where do you find that 

I found the weapon skins while editing my loadout. I selected the "Modify" option for the M433 and M2010  ESR, and the Dropshadow and Shrouded skins could be selected. The charm and other cosmetics appeared when changing attachments.

Some of the phantom. Edition stuff can ba claimed in the ea connect inbox .

Bought mine on steam, same issue. Hopefully it gets fixed.

Edit: found some of the charms and stickers. but nothing else as of yet.

I just realize the skins will only show up for NATO soldiers within the customize menu 

I am on the same boat. Bought it on Xbox X

I couldn't play the game until today. NSIS issues and all the DLC that never showed up in my library. I'm so sad. I have been playing since BF 1942.

That's pathetic. First, you can't log in because the game is asking you to download the game, which is already installed. Second, you don't get DLC for which you've already paid. EA, what....

Has anyone figured out how to access the phantom edition content. I pre-ordered it on Xbox and I don’t have the content. EA can you please help? This was supposed to be exclusive content to enjoy when the game released and that time has passed, but the very least it would be nice to get what you pay for.

I still have the same issue as well. Is there some sort of magic spell we are supposed to cast to get this stuff to show up? I don't even see the modify option.

Same issue, Im putting in for refund through steam, and just going to buy regular, no point in buying stupid DLC if there not going to provide you with the content, seems to be a reoccuring issue with EA and there DLC's. EA is ridiculous
