Are you really sure it’s not in “Appearence” and then click on “Modify”?

    I found the weapon skins while editing my loadout. I selected the "Modify" option for the M433 and M2010  ESR, and the Dropshadow and Shrouded skins could be selected. The charm and other cosmetics appeared when changing attachments.
