Missing Carbine Skin

I had originally purchased the base version of Battlefield 6 for my son, and I later purchased the battle pass separately. Most everything in the tier skips is unlocked except for the carbine weapon skin with the wolf theme on it. 

How can you help us to unlock it? It shows that I own it, but the weapon is shaded and locked. Please get back to me cuz my boy really wants to use it.
