Missing Rewards from Phantom Edition, Open Beta, and Road to BF6

I’m begging u fix the glitch where one of the party members don’t load into the match with everyone else we have to back out and reset every single match. There is also zero map rotation. This game is unplayable with friends and that’s the main reason I play it!? These glitches were in the beta and are still in full release. I’ve spent a lot of money and I planned on spending more but if these don’t get fixed I’m not playing this.
