Thank you for the information however I gotta ask does this include those of us on Playstation missing the Advance Party Skin for playing the open beta?

Because i played it & received all my beta awards with the exception of my Advance Party Skin

I hope you guys are looking into this & providing updates because I've submitted a ticket to support with screenshots & have been waiting 3 days & have yet to receive actual help from an advisor.
