Community ManagerAlmost a week of silence, with no updates. Just getting stupid answers from bots to my tickets considering the open beta missing twitch drops. I've claimed the 4x skin drops in Twitch, watched eligible streams from Twitch not some blackmarket Twitch streams, right Twitch and Steam accounts are linked to right EA account, there is no mail in the goddamn game to claim these open beta twitch rewards!!!. This is some next level stuff. This is not even some 1 million comment thread or forum category to monitor things and make updates, no staff is following this???? Also don't do twitch drops if you can't guarantee people to get the drops for your game, since you don't seem to care about a bug that prevents people getting the rewards. And when people report this bug you ignore it... UNREAL!
