Missing Rewards from Phantom Edition, Open Beta, and Road to BF6

So um I bought the Phantom edition and I got everything all the operator skins, tank skin, sniper skin, assault rifle skin all the xb boosts, stickers, charms and etc etc all except for one, the assault operator tombstone pack skin so ive done my research and Ive seen that you automatically own this by purchasing the Phantom Edition but somehow its still locked? Please help

and yes ive verified my licenses ive completed the campaign and yes my ea account is linked correctly
