I still don't have my beta rewards or the Tombstone pack. I have made a report to EA, someone with a name I can't pronounce told me I should try resetting the game 🙄

I have until November ninth to get a refund for this game. If this stuff is not sorted-out by the eighth, I will get my money back and NEVER buy another product that has EA's name anywhere NEAR it. This game cost me OVER $150. Absolute trash. You are NOT deserving of charging more than CAD $40 for any video game.
