I've waited now one week for a response for my ticket considering the bf 6 open beta twitch drops not appearing in the game. Still no answer, seems kinda hopeless, looks like they simply don't care about fixing bugs and awarding the people their missing ingame content after all (bot asks update for the situation every now and then and I have to update it otherwise the ticket solves itself as "fixed"). Very disappointed on EA Help.
