They won't help you, me and hundreds others have been here for 2 weeks asking for help and making tickets. Exactly same problem as yours, as far as I know it's a bug that has something to do with your ea account and the platform you are playing from. In my case I think those rewards are in the ea account but it doesn't share it for steam account where I have the game and where I played the beta as well. I've tried everything to fix it but only EA support can fix it, just if they took a look with this case. New twitch rewards show ingame with no problem but those beta period twitch drops are gone forever I guess. They don't care...
