Community ManagerEven Super Animal Royale support helped my friend to get their missing twitch drops within 2hours 😂😂, man what professional and dedicated caring people they have working over there. Two weeks and not even response by a real person to missing twitch drops ticket is pathetic and unacceptable. What do these EA supports get paid for??? "Yeah we are looking into the stuff people report and trying to figure out whats going on, also we will give everyone compensations of not receiving their ingame stuff", then do nothing for the rest of the week. All that is straight bs, there has been no compensations or anything promised (not even regular updates because they don't know what tf is going on because they don't read the tickets) some people I know who ordered phantom edition haven't even got those phantom edition rewards. Like WTF IS GOING ON!? FULL SCAM MODE and you at EA just keep ignoring people. I'm honestly done with this, good luck to anyone trying to get their missing rewards but at the moment it looks **bleep** grim with the EA Help being totally useless and not even looking into tickets and these bugs about missing rewards that people have been reporting out.
Get a grip with the support department EA 🤬!!! AI and bots are cool tools but those automated replies don't fix problems or bugs people face with the game...
