Community ManagerI boot phantom edition 2 weeks ago and i did not receive tier 25 update. I also boot pro edition and also did not receiove it. This isd really unfair and its robbing in a day light. Please update me immediately with 50 levels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems you might have accidentally purchased the Battle Pass more than once.
If you’re trying to redeem your Phantom Edition Pro token, go to the Battle Pass tab and click “Battlefield Pro.”
Make sure you have the class you want active before claiming the token, since the first six tiers activate automatically.
If you did end up purchasing it twice by mistake, please contact the platform support or EA Help to request a refund.
