If you’ve already submitted a case, please only respond to your existing case and keep a close eye on your email for any follow-ups from EA Help.
If you don’t see an email, please also check your spam or junk folder.
Cases may be automatically closed if there’s no response within a certain amount of time, and duplicate cases will also be closed.
Hope you’ll be able to get your missing content sorted out soon.
Thanks or the reply, it is just so frustrating that nobody is answering the tickets. I did wait one week with my first ticket but nobody answered (still haven't) then was like ok I'll try another different way labeled ticket issue to contact EA Help but no answers from any yet. I don't even know which sort of ticket to open for my case because the one that seems to be the right one is just answered by bot instantly and then closed this is the "Claim twitch drops" ticket. "Missing twitch drops" labeled ticket issue has been hanging there for almost 3 weeks now with no response but this is now on state where bot waits for my response (waiting on player) but I can't answer this ticket anymore so it's gonna get closed soon... + seems like this ticket issue as I mentioned before is totally closed way to contact EA Help (so this ticket is dead). My "Find missing content" ticket is with transferred status it's been like that for 1 week.
To be clear what should I choose for "What kind of issue are you having?" because whatever I select no real person answers back, only bots. I've attacked images of those bf6 open beta twitch drops from my twitch page, I've attached images of how those show locked ingame for me (these haven't shown in the ingame mail either), my steam/ea account/twitch are linked the right way because I'm receiving the newer twitch drops, I've played the game only in steam both the beta/released version, I've explained my case for so many times it just feels blatantly stupid and frustrating cos nobody on EA Help seems to check these tickets. Honestly I don't know what to do and not really expecting to get those lost open beta twitch drops anymore. Can't imagine the agony of people who have actually bought phantom edition or bpass and the rewards of those don't show ingame.

Sorry to hear that you’ve been having trouble despite your efforts.
For “What kind of issue are you experiencing,” you can select Missing content.
After submitting the form, did you see the option to “Chat with us” or “Start chat”?

How many forms or complaints do we need to post to EA before you respond to us… we’ve been waiting since this game drop for our August Twitch drops…. You can address “skins” and causal breakthrough BUT hey for those who PAYED FOR THE GAME NOTHING???? GREAT “customer player support EA” and I thought destiny2/ COD was a joke…

I did that before, support said they can do nothing, worst case they just ignore.
So yeah trying to talk with support is useless, I did it 5 times now and this situation doesn't really make me happy.
