For “What kind of issue are you experiencing,” you can select Missing content.
After submitting the form, did you see the option to “Chat with us” or “Start chat”?
I also noticed that your latest case is currently being transferred.

I did that before, support said they can do nothing, worst case they just ignore.
So yeah trying to talk with support is useless, I did it 5 times now and this situation doesn't really make me happy.
