THIS POST MOST LIKELY CONTAINS THE ROOT PROBLEM FOR MISSING INGAME REWARDS/SKINS PLEASE READ EA_Leeuw EA_LunardustCat
I've most likely figured out the problem at least for my case but I'm quite sure many other people have this exact same problem with same root problem I'm about to tell you. Also forum supports please read this and send it forward for development team who is doing the reward stuff etc.
During BF 6 open beta there were twitch drops to obtain. Many of us claimed those open beta time period BF 6 twitch drops but for some reason these drops don't show for us in the game (each of these claimed twitch rewards skins show as locked). I actually have video footage of my gameplay during games such as Conquests in the open beta time period and my nickname was actually my EA accounts name which is quite weird since I played the beta on Steam and not on EAs platform launcher for BF 6. So to clarify for EA I have different nickname on EA account and Steam. I have only played BF 6 beta and full BF 6 released version on Steam. Now I've been playing BF 6 on Steam just like in the beta but my nickname shows as my Steam nickname when I play games in BF 6. So what I am trying to say is if you played BF 6 beta from Steam and watched the BF 6 open beta twitch streams the beta twitch rewards went straight into your EA account and they are locked in there. This is really weird and it is definitely bug, EA launcher didn't recognize the platform some people were playing from during the open beta, that is why some of us have our open beta time period twitch drops locked on EA account and it isn't sharing those twitch reward skins for the Steam account. Why? Because if you own BF 6 game in Steam it doesn't add it in your EA library on EA launcher. So we are kind of stuck here unless EA Help and EA Forum team wakes up and dives into this problem because it is quite huge bug. I can say for sure that this bug is a persistent problem still because some are not even getting rewards still from Twitch events, Phantom Edition, Battlepass or ingame purchases. I think what they should do is to merge EA and Steam accounts BF 6 game straight away so that the game gets added in EA library as well so it would connect the platforms and unlock the missing skins/rewards for people (of course they won't do this because they want people to buy the game on as many platforms as possible, SO EA WORK AROUND IT). Because what the system is now doing is that when you unlock or claim a skin from event such as twitch drop or ingame login event reward, the reward or claimed item goes either in your Steam (or the platform you play on) or your EA account and if you are not playing from the EA launcher and you don't have the game in EA library then those skins are locked forever unless they fix the EA account skin/reward sharing bug if people are playing from another platform than EAs own.
Rewards/Skins going to EA account while you are playing from Steam or other platform is a huge bug that should be hotfixed asap.
I'm 99% sure this is the problem, now the ball is on you EA. Will you fix this problem now that you are even handed with it with the most plausible cause of it. You know the problem now, do you have the skillset and backbone to fix it?

I can only say for certain right now that my missing twitch drops did not solve through launching the game seperate from EA play as a steam user.
However this did give me my EA-Pro rewards. So if you want your EA-Pro stuff to arrive in game you need to launch the game through EA-Play but luckily you can play BF6 for free if you have the subscription.
ADDITIONALLY: I've noticed BF 2042 and Sea of Solitude which I own on steam both have this steam marker above them. How come BF6 doesn't have this?
