Community ManagerMissing BF 6 Beta Twitch Drops in game: Imperial Soldier Skin, Landslide Soldier Skin, Mimic Weapons Package and Shattered Vehicle Skin Got all of these during the open beta twitch streams and claimed these rewards in twitch and I have the right EA account linked to my Steam and Twitch. Followed today the BF 6 launch streamer and already got the Called Shotgun dog tag and could put it on in game.
Problem seems to be only with these BF 6 Beta Twitch drops showing as locked.

After being juggled about in my latest support ticket I was told to start a live chat with an advisor by clicking the "Resume Case" button, this button does not exist as it is replaced only with "Close Case".
After emailing to ask how to start a live chat I was met with the email below. They need to address this issue, as they are straight up ignoring us at this point. I'm going to keep pushing, customer support should be better than this. Other games deal with similar issues fine.
