EA_Leeuw could we please get an update from the internal team investigating this? - we've reached the two month mark now.
Is this being looked at as a priority? There is no indication of it being a marked down as an issue on the Known Issues list on the forums for BF6 or RESEC.
Myself and countless others are being directed by EA App and BF6 Support Advisors to contact the EA community managers for updates, whilst our cases for this issue are immediately closed.

Yep, case is shown as 'no fix available' and a classic 'we'll look into it'. Not too convinced they'll bother helping us get beta rewards
