Same here - I play on Steam, I contacted the support and they made a monkey of me. It took 10 Emails for them to even understand what was missing. I keep writing I did not get the rewards from the BETA and the BF2042 Road to Battlefield 6 Battle Pass (I completed the full battle pass) and they kept asking me what was missing with each ticket. EA truly has the worst customer support of all companies!
