Still missing the open beta Twitch drops, got email from EA Help 8.12.2025 in which the guy assured me that the twitch drops were gonna get fixed within 12 days. Haven't heard of him/her after that, no answer to my message considering the case. I waited 3 months for my ticket to be answered and yet it is forgotten/ignored again whatever. Well maybe my new ticket will get answered by summer who knows but they ain't fixing the open beta twitch drops missing it seems.

EA please don't do twitch drops if you can't even set up the rewards arriving into the right accounts...
