Were there any resolution or updates to this? Many players bought this game with the experience and expectations to receive rewards that were earned and not to have to keep opening and getting trouble tickets closed even after no support has been provided. I opened multiple trouble tickets on my missing Open Beta rewards for completing all of the challenges on PS5, and there has been zero assistance in getting an answer to this. It'd be nice to hear of any response that you might have on the subject recently.
Agree! at least an update, for someone on the outside is seems insane that this shoud be so hard to resolve so a explenation on what the problem is would make it feel a little bit better.
