Still missing the open beta Twitch drops

They say we had 24hrs to claim it in initial drop from the oct twich drop. When you see it on twitch it doesn’t say that right, says you had a limited time to redeem it, NOT 24 hrs as they mentioned it now… Twitch / EA is a joke worst than COD/ Destiny 2
