This is my experience with EA support regarding the issue. Transcribed with chatGPT, but word by word. (censored representative name and my email)
TLDR:
Support blames player, or their "current policies" for not being able to help player receive Twitch drops (No answer when asking what their "current policies" are that stops them from helping out in this matter) They then blames player not meeting the twitch requirement for the drops (Even with provided screenshots that I've claimed them), even though it's most likely their own technical issues regarding twitch drops.
Also ignored my request to move the ticket forward to reach a resolution, and for me to provide more proof that I've claimed my rewards.
Representative closed the chat when i asked questions about their "policies". And i got ignored when providing screenshots of earned (AND CLAIMED) Twitch drops.
Don't know if i talked to AI masked as representative or just got hit with a swarm of pre-written responses.
To everyone that hoped to finally get their earned drops, seems like we are out of luck.

[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:41 PM]
Hello! I hope you're doing well. Thank you for reaching out. My name is EA Support Representative, your EA Support representative. How can I assist you today?
[USER | 10:42 PM]
Hello there! Still haven't received my Twitch drops and all my accounts have been correctly connected from the start (EA, Steam, and Twitch).
More info is in my ticket, which you can see.
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:43 PM]
No worries. I'll check and share more details regarding your concern.
May I know the email address associated with the EA account we're working on?
[USER | 10:45 PM]
[edit: email address removed]
All my accounts have been connected together from the start. I did receive my Battlefield 2042 drops and also my BF6 beta rewards, so there seems to be some problem with receiving the Twitch rewards only.
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:46 PM]
Got it. May I know the exact name of the rewards, please?
[USER | 10:47 PM]
Yes, give me a moment.
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:48 PM]
Sure. Please take your time.
[USER | 10:48 PM]
NATO Assault Soldier Skin,
P18 Weapon Package,
Strf 09 A4 Vehicle Skin,
Vehicle Decal,
Green Falcon Vehicle Skin,
Cyber War Weapon Package,
Called Shotgun Dog Tag,
Imperial Soldier Skin,
Shattered Vehicle Skin,
Landslide Soldier Skin,
Mimic Weapons Package
Here are all my missing rewards, separated by commas.
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:49 PM]
All of those rewards are from Twitch?
[USER | 10:49 PM]
Yes.
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:49 PM]
May I know if it's been 24 hours since you viewed the Twitch stream?
[USER | 10:51 PM]
The BF2042 battle pass rewards and the BF6 beta rewards worked fine and I received them. This issue is only with Twitch rewards.
Yes, this was a long time ago, but I claimed them as soon as I received them. A lot of people had problems and didn’t receive them in-game. I then read a forum post telling people to hold on a bit and that the rewards would eventually pop up in the game, but they never did.
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:52 PM]
May I know what platform you're using to play the game?
[USER | 10:52 PM]
Steam, PC.
And my Steam account is linked to EA as well, same as my Twitch account.
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:53 PM]
I see. Upon checking, you will get the rewards on the first account and platform you logged in on. We cannot move grants from one account to another.
[USER | 10:53 PM]
What? I only own Battlefield 6 on Steam. I’ve never played it on any other platform.
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:54 PM]
I hear you. However, under Steam, you're playing it through EA. We can move forward.
I can see where you're coming from, and I wish I could help, but we're unable to proceed with your request.
[USER | 10:57 PM]
I don't own it on EA. I only own it on Steam, so obviously the "first" platform I played it on is Steam.
And if I play it on "EA" as you say, then that's your automatic opening of the EA app when I launch it through Steam. If that is the case, I should nonetheless have the rewards in my game.
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:57 PM]
I also checked the account. Some of the rewards you mentioned are not completed. I see the Called Shotgun Dog Tag; however, the requirement was not met. Only one reward is reflecting on your Twitch that you watched, and the requirements were not met.
[USER | 10:59 PM]
Okay, then look at the provided screenshot and see that I have both met the requirements and claimed them via Twitch, so that is not true.
Then there's a problem on your end not functioning properly with Twitch integration. I have fulfilled all requirements in your promotional campaign, watched the required hours, and claimed the rewards.
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 10:59 PM]
I understand the reason behind your request, but at this moment, we are unable to move forward with it. I know this isn't the outcome you were hoping for.
Only one reward is reflecting on your Twitch that you watched, and it's the Called Shotgun Dog Tag, and the requirements are not met.
[USER | 11:00 PM]
No, it is not. Do you see my problem?
I met the mutual requirements of watching promotional material on Twitch in exchange for rewards, but now you say you won’t provide the promised rewards for your campaign?
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 11:02 PM]
I understand how important this is to you, and I’m sorry to inform you that we are unable to approve your request at this time.
Our current policies and procedures don't allow for this type of action.
Thank you for your patience. After reviewing your request, I regret to inform you that we’re unable to grant it.
[USER | 11:02 PM]
So you're telling me that a player who is left out of promised rewards because of EA technical issues is part of your "current policies"?
[EA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE | 11:03 PM]
I hear you, and I am a gamer as well. However, I checked all of the rewards you sent. Only one reward is reflecting on your Twitch that you watched, and it's the Called Shotgun Dog Tag, and the requirements are not met.
Thank you for your understanding.
[USER | 11:08 PM]
So what are the policies you are talking about?
I don't mean to be annoying, but I feel like you are just referring to policies when your technical issues affect players who have been wrongfully uncompensated for taking part in your promotional campaign, with the promise of receiving rewards for doing so.
That’s your technical issue that you are punishing players for. Do you see what I am saying?
I filled all parts of the Twitch promotional agreement. Take this ticket forward so we can somehow prove that I fulfilled the mutual agreement of viewing hours and reward claims.
As you can clearly see, all the rewards are claimed.

We'll never get the Twitch Beta Drops and the Versatile Skin....A German moderator addressed the issue and ultimately stated that Twitch had not transmitted any data and the items could not be seen on my account, therefore the items could not be unlocked. And they can't do anything if Twitch doesn't transmit any data. ( Even screenshots proving that I received the items on Twitch and only have one EA and one Twitch account didn't help.)
I then contacted Twitch and asked them to resubmit the data, but only received a refund for the Versatile version...
I asked both parties why the respective contact persons couldn't be brought together to find a solution, since many people are missing the items... I never received a reply.
I have threads on the same topic in both the English and German forums and 4 support tickets (they could never help me here and wanted to chat, but there was no chat button, at this point every email was auto respond to chat xd).

It's really odd that this is being swept under the rug and we're all supposed to forget about it.
Weirdly, I had no problem getting the Twitch rewards but I'm missing the beta rewards, despite everything being linked and me sending in a screenshot of my unlocked rewards pages on the beta. EA Support refuse to give me a straight answer on whether missing rewards are being addressed.
We'll have to see on the next patch notes but it's not looking likely

Just heard back after months of back and forth with EA Support and they've basically given me a straight no on this being looked into

Does not surprise me, I thought perhaps EA were just hoping we'd go away.
