Community ManagerIt's really odd that this is being swept under the rug and we're all supposed to forget about it.
Weirdly, I had no problem getting the Twitch rewards but I'm missing the beta rewards, despite everything being linked and me sending in a screenshot of my unlocked rewards pages on the beta. EA Support refuse to give me a straight answer on whether missing rewards are being addressed.
We'll have to see on the next patch notes but it's not looking likely
Just heard back after months of back and forth with EA Support and they've basically given me a straight no on this being looked into
Does not surprise me, I thought perhaps EA were just hoping we'd go away.
