Community Manageri have went from playing 259 hours in Season 1 as a top 1% player completing every path and challenge, to hardly playing this game at all. why?? cause you never providing me the rewards and coins required for S2 and I am not paying or rewarding you for shorting me what i already paid for with pro and phantom. then the fact your customer service has been the worst. even unable to credit the most basic imaginary coins in game to resolve the issue in a timely manner. no i just do not look forward to playing this game at all anymore. i am not enthusiastic to play at all. it just feels stupid playing, as i don't have the season pass and i feel like i was ripped off and scammed.
i should get off work and my night shift dying to play and excited to play. but i don't. i actually just avoid the game now. that's the experience EA has given. you also have primarily focused on FREE to play and completely ignored the core base game and those that paid premium for your game which has fallen so short of premium service. fastest rise of a game followed by major fumble in gaming history that is for sure. hell one of your first game updates completely broke the menu and the game, making it unplayable completely...
and this is coming from a hardcore battlefield fanboy who loves the franchise. but id much prefer just to jump back on BF4 to play or hop on Arc Raiders at the moment until i see actual change that helps the game. i dunno how many times ive come home from work lately, opened Battlefield 6, just to immediately close it right after. my last two days off work, i hardly even played a single match.
