Missing Skins.

No matter what I do the entire task force vector is bugged. No pictures pop up when pressing customize leading to missing skins.

Sorry to hear you’re running into both the stuck orange dots and missing paid skins.

Regarding the orange dots, a player recently shared a workaround that may be worth trying:

1. Press X to add the weapons with orange dots to your Favorites.
2. Go to the Favorites category and select those weapons again.
3. In some cases, the orange dots disappear after that.
4. You can then remove them from Favorites, and the dots may not come back.

If you’re able to, please give that a try and let us know whether it helps on your side.

As for the missing paid skins, if those still do not appear correctly, please feel free to come back and let us know as well. Thanks for the report.

Sorry to hear you’re running into this.

If the skin is showing as owned but missing in-game, and Atlas is also unavailable to equip, please try the following steps:

• Fully close the game and relaunch it.
• If you’re on PC, verify or repair the game files through your platform client.
• Check whether the issue only affects those specific items, or whether any other skins, Legends, or cosmetics are also missing.
• If you use multiple platforms, make sure you are signed into the correct EA Account and that your platform account is linked correctly.
• If possible, let us know whether this started recently, such as after an update or after any account-linking changes.

If the owned skins still do not display correctly after trying the above, please feel free to come back and let us know on the forums, and I can follow up with the team.

Same for me, the UI is so f'ed up. I still have stuck orange dots all over too. And now my "paid" skins are missing!

The same thing happened for me. The lang ghille skin you are showing isn't selectable for me. There isn't a picture at all to select it. It's just the helmet skin.
