Missing Skins

Hi, im missing a skin i just bought before the start of season 3. It was on sale for a few days. I payed 850 battlefield coins for it. Tho i csnt remember the actual name of the pack, It was a skin for NATO. The Japanese man with the red bandana around his forhead. It also came with a parachute and a sticker i think. Ive gone to the website, did everything it said to do, it was gonna connect me to a live person but when jt transfered me, it said that it wasn't a job for them? So im posting here cause I got no where else to go. Please help.
