Missing spacial sound: 90s Games have far better spatial sound! Period!
No it is not about loudness of enviroment noise vs. far vs. near noise. It is about how you spacially recept the sound! Everything in this game abot spatial sound is wrong... the last games that make it kidna ok what i played recently are CS2, DayZ, Esacape from Tarcov. No matter how martial the sound is at all in BF6, but the spatial sound engine sucks even against Games from the 90s... You have the feeling you just get random sounds from all around, guess its form behind, but after you're dead you realize the shot came from front left or right, even without tanks and explosions. And i'm very sceptical towads the upcoming update regarding this! I rember games, when having the right sound setup, worked like a wall hack.. nowadays it's <instert digestive secretions smiley here>, besides they get in their graphical representation worse. It seems that the skills to implent spacially good sound got lost during that time 🤷♂️
