Missing Twitch Drops from the BF6 Open Beta

During the Open Beta for BF6 I watched 4 hours of BF6 gameplay on twitch to earn the following

• Mimic Weapons Package
• Landslide Soldier Skin
• Shattered Vehicle Skin
• Imperial Soldier Skin

When the game launch came around none of these had been added to my account/claimable. In an effort to resolve this issue I contacted EA support. My first ticket resulted in them saying they couldn't help at the time as they were working on fixing their tools. My second ticket resulted in them guiding me to a live chat which was not available, after sending an email to ask for clarification I was met with the message attached below. Both of these tickets went on for months, with them being juggled around from advisor to advisor. Other games face little to no trouble fixing these kinds of issues, and I expect better from this company.

Does anybody have any solutions to fix this?
