Missing XP Tokens and Pass Token

After the distavorous launch I am still yet to be compensated with the 12XP (character and equipment) and battle pass tokens. I can see other people have reported the issue.

Please fix and apply tokens asap!

Same, I opened also a ticket, got the phantom edition so still waiting for reply

same i opened 2-3 tickets messaged on X several times no response. what a joke... waited for 5 hours to play the game figured EA App was better choice then Steam well i guess not.... unreal.

Same. I think the're working on a solution, but the lack of communication is frustrating...
