Most "33 damage" guns are doing 25 damage instead

I tested all the 33 damage guns at 10 meters in range. And the only ones that does the correct 33 damage is the Tr-7, Ak4d, M-60, and M240L. The NVO-228E, Sg-553R, SCW-10, and RPKM are all underperfo...

Confirmed the SCW-10 is only doing 25 damage max at 10 meters on firing range. The Pw7a2 is only supposed to be doing 16 damage at 10m and it is doing 33.... did somebody accidentally swap some base weapon damage values around?

    This is still bugged as of today. I just tested the below 33 damage guns at 10yds in the range and they all hit with less: 

    SCW10 - 25 damage; RPKM- 27 damage; NVO- 27 damage; M417 27 damage; SG533- 25 damage; and SOR300- 25 damage
